Q: How do I track my shipment coming to the island?
A: Please check the website of the carrier handling your shipment (e.g., FedEx Freight, TForce, etc.). You’ll need the carrier name and the PRO/tracking number.
Q: Why does my shipment show as delivered online, but I haven’t received it yet?
A: Most freight carriers mark freight as “delivered” once it transfers to Orcas Freight in Kent, WA. At that point, it’s not yet on Orcas Island. Your shipment typically arrives within a day or two, and our staff will call you to schedule a delivery once it’s on the island.
Q: My shipment is coming via UPS/TForce. Who will deliver it — Orcas Freight or Aeronautical Services?
A: Tracking numbers beginning with 1Z are handled by Aeronautical Services. You can reach them at 360-376-5730.
Q: My shipper says they won’t deliver to an island. What should I do?
A: Have the shipment sent to our Kent, WA terminal. Click here for full shipping instructions.
Q: Can you help me move locally on Orcas Island?
