Q: How do I track my shipment coming to the island?
A: Check the website for the carrier (FedEX Freight, Reddaway, etc.) sending your shipment. You'll need the carrier's name and freight pro/tracking number. Click here for a list of carrier websites.
Q. Why does my shipment show delivered online but I'm not the one who signed for it?
A. Most freight carriers consider freight to be delivered when they transfer to Orcas Freight. This transfer takes place in Kent, WA which means the freight is not yet on Orcas Island. It will most likely be on the island within a day or two, and our staff will call to schedule a delivery appointment with you once it is on the island.
Q. My Shipment is delivering via UPS/T Force. Will that be delivered by Orcas Freight Or Aeronautical Services?
A. Tracking numbers beginning with IZ will come from Aeronautical. Please call them at 360-376-5730.
Q. My shipper says they will not deliver to an island, what do I do?
A. Have the shipment delivered to the terminal we use in Kent, WA. Click here for full information.
